Zhejiang Chaoboer Hardware Co., Ltd was founded in 2001, is a professional manufacturer of various standard and non-standard bolts and screws. We had passed GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015 quality certification system and CE certificate.

At present , we have 15 production lines of multi-automatic cold formers, 4 production lines of heat treatment, 2 production lines of spheroidizing annealing and 2 production lines of hot dip galvanized. Our workshop covers an area of more than 10,000 square meters. More than 90% of our products are exported to foreign countries and regions .

 Welcome to our company for standard hex bolts, hex socket bolts , hex flange bolts , carriage bolts ,square bolts , T-bolts according to DIN/IFI/BS/JIS/GB ,and various non-standard bolts. Class ranges from 4.8 to 12.9 in DIN ( from 2 to 8 in IFI ). Diameter ranges from 5mm to 30mm in DIN (from 1/4” to 1-1/8” in IFI). Our monthly output is up to 1,200 tons . we have been serving buyers in the US, Europe , Canada, Australia , Japan, Korea and other markets .

 In order to better ensure product quality and develop new products , we has a fairly complete and experienced R & D team and strict enforcement of product quality inspection personnel and a set of testing equipments . Our testing equipments as below: universal testing machine (1000KN), Automatic Digital Rockwell Hardness Tester (150A), Digital Vickers Hardness Tester (HV1000 with microscopic ), metallographic cutting machine, micrometer, vernier caliper, GO/NO GO gauge , vernier caliper, projecter,salt spray tester etc.
