However, there is still a big gap between the types of products, quality levels, technical standards, resources and environment in the industry and the advanced level of foreign countries. The main manifestation is that there is still a double pressure of "surplus" and "shortage" in China's fastener production, but in addition to representing advanced technology and hardware equipment can be bought, the "technical time difference" outside the hardware equipment is the invisible factor and key to the backwardness of China's fastener manufacturing technology.
Although the strength of the domestic fastener manufacturing enterprises, but why foreign equipment to Chinese enterprises, the use of equipment and products will be very different? Where is the gap? This is what we call "technical time difference", that is, the hardware equipment outside the process, the use of methods, production management and other aspects of the technology gap with foreign countries. According to the domestic average fastener manufacturing level assessment, especially involving complex process special-shaped parts and process matching, the overall level of domestic and foreign advanced level of the existence of the "technical time difference" about 10 to 20 years.
"Technical time difference" has certain background reasons.
Education background and development experience of Chinese fastener industry.
People's thinking mode, one is the source of education; The second is work experience. China's current fastener professional and technical personnel, from the post-60s to the post-80s, education and work experience are basically "introduction, digestion, absorption, improvement" mode, it is difficult to stimulate original innovative thinking, most people do things based on "feasible experience", know what it is, do not know why, many feasible experiences have errors or no theoretical basis, will it be better to do so?
When talking about the "die matching scheme" of wire drawing machine in the drawing workshop of domestic fastener enterprises, it seems that no one does not know how to do it. However, it is a very common phenomenon that when foreign experts see the "die matching scheme" in on-site review, they will be very surprised. They find that the "die matching process" of most Chinese fasteners (all based on the existing rich practical experience) is logically "chaotic and unreasonable", some even completely do not conform to the metal material processing deformation theory, the result of course is "not necessarily not feasible but the consumption of resources or poor product quality", which is also foreign equipment to the hands of domestic users of the product is not so good one of the reasons.
Do not agree with the existence of "technical time difference.
Domestic fastener experts usually do not agree that their technology is not advanced enough, especially large fastener companies, they have worked in this industry for more than 30 years, and their full experience has become an obstacle to accepting new thinking, and they will not easily deny themselves, often due to the lack of advanced equipment for products. In fact, every scientific and technological breakthrough is a process of denying the existing existence again and again. Denying or questioning is the premise of innovation.
In other words, if we let the current technical experts "travel" to China in the next 20 years, will they still be industry experts in "that era"? The answer is no. This proves that the "technical time difference" we mentioned above exists.
